Cost and time

Q. Are there any embroider set up fees?

There is a one off set up fee if you bring your own logo to be converted into an embroidery design. However, if you create a design using any of our stock graphics there is no set up fee.

Q. How long will my order take? 

It depends on the service and quantities. Contact us for a quote and time frame. With a small order of 1-2 items, we can it finish it in a day. 

Q. How long will it take to set up my embroidery logo?

It usually takes half a day to set up your logo. Once your logo has been set up, we will keep your design, and it will be available at any of our branches with no additional set up cost.

Q. How much will it cost me?

To give you a good idea on price we need to know as much information about what you are trying to achieve and the logistics of your design. Go to our Quote Page and fill out the form then we can get back to you within 24 hours and give you a price.

Q. What is the basic turn around for a one off
shirt, mug or puzzle

It usually take one hour, depend how busy we are. Get in contact with your closest Kiaz store for an accurate timeframe.

 

Imagery and Files

Q. How do I supply my image?

You can bring in your developed/printed photo or bring in a storage device (USB, disk etc.) or you can email it to us. Ask us for a quote to get started.

Q. What format do I need to supply artwork in?

Ideally we'd like artwork should be supplied in a vector format like AI, .EPS or .PDF. This is to make sure the detail in the design is not lost and to give you a high quality finish. If this is beyond your art capabilities then a hi-resolution image file or .PSD may work out ok. We'll need to see the artwork first before confirming.

 

Ordering

Q. Do I have to supply the shirts, caps etc. that I want embroidered or printed?

No, you can order garments from any of our branches for printing or embroidery, just talk to our sales staff and they’ll help you out.

Q. What is your minimum order size?

We don’t have a minimum order, any and all size orders are welcome.

Q. Do I have to come and place my order in person?  

No, we have customers all over New Zealand and in most cases your order can be arranged entirely by email and phone.
